研究興趣

　　近幾年來分子影像(molecular imaging)已成為一個熱門的研究領域，其特性是利用非侵入方式探索在活體內的生物學以及生化反應的處理過程，以期得到與疾病診斷或治療上相關聯的資料。核子醫學影像(PET/SPECT)以及磁振造影(MRI)等分別屬於分子影像研究的重要領域。其中核子醫學影像需要合適的示蹤劑(radiotracer)，而磁振造影有時也需要適當的對比劑(contrast agent)以提供較佳之影像結果。因此目前我們主要研究興趣在利用化學合成方式發展新型的核醫藥物，包括目前主要的包括中樞神經系統的受體的造影劑帕金森氏症、憂鬱症以及基因造影劑與磁振造影對比劑等。
